Daniel Topka (*1992, Waldshut) studied with Prof. Manfred Pernice as well as with Prof. Heike-Karin Föll at the Universität der Künste Berlin (UdK) and graduated in 2021 as a master student with distinction. Since 2021 he has been studying in the master's program Fine Arts at the Züricher Hochschule der Künste.
Daniel Topka has exhibited at Beach Office, PS120, the project space at Kunstquartier Bethanien, and the Alte Münze in Berlin, among others. In 2022 his solo exhibition Dekadenz ran at the Kunstverein Heppenheim.
He is laureate of the Walter-Stöhrer-Graphic Prize 2019 and the recognition award from the IBB Prize for Photography. Daniel Topka lives and works in Zurich.
